I love the design, you can look at it for some time without getting bored.

I just wonder how a different over-all colour, for instance green or red, would have suited it, or how a multicoloured version would look like. There might be too much going on, though.

It would convey more urgency and be more menacing if you chose "DANGER" instead of "CAUTION".
Of course, if you just want people to be careful, then it is perfect.
